How do I book a vehicle delivery service with DropCar?

Please visit our online reservation form at https://turo.drop.car. Here you can choose your preferred date of pick-up or delivery, enter your details and make payment.

What documents do I need in order to verify renter?

A valid driver's license is mandatory to confirm reservation.

How are rentals confirmed?

Once the request is received by our team during our business hours you will receive a confirmation email. A member of our team will typically confirm a request within 30 minutes of a completed booking.

What happens if my vehicle is damaged while in DropCar’s possession?

Any vehicle that is damaged while in our possession and caused by our negligence will be repaired or reimbursed at the election of the customer.

What if I want to change the Date or Time after making the booking or have a general question?

What is your delivery coverage area?

We can pick-up and deliver your vehicle within certain zip codes within the cities of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington D.C and New Jersey.

How does it work if my delivery starts at one billing rate hour and ends during a different billing rate hour?

If a trip runs into a different billing hour the new billing hour will apply for that hour, ie: "A trip starting at 7:00 a.m. ($49 hour) ends at 8:30 a.m. ($35 hour). So from 7:00 am to 8:00 am the rate is $49 and from 8:00 am to 8:30 am the rate is rounded to $35. $45+$35= $80 total for that trip. (Please note all billing is rounded up to the hour)
